Being from Kendal and growing up within the Lake District myself, I have the local area knowledge, a great love for property and the great outdoors. I started helping settle buyers into their new homes in Grange Over Sands, progressing to sell high net worth homes throughout the South Lakes and Lake District since 2009. I have passion and enthusiasm for property and dedicate my time to delivering innovative marketing options, with exceptional customer service, throughout our Kendal and Grange Over Sands sales offices.

Started my work life at Arnold Greenwood 19 years ago, when my children were still at Primary school. Very much office based, love talking to people who are looking for houses in the area, to arranging viewings and agreeing a sale for our vendors. The very best bit of the job is passing over the keys on completion day to new home owners.   So lovely that along the way, you get to meet lots of lovely people, who still stop for a chat and wave when passing our lovely big window in town.  Out of work very family based, love meeting friends for a cuppa and catch up, going for walks with hubby and sometimes our son and daughters in laws miniature dachshund “Snickers” likes to join us. We have just become Grandparents for the first time to our first Granddaughter, so special times ahead with lots of new adventures ahead.

I am new to Estate Agency work and have been with Arnold Greenwood Estate Agents for the past seven months. I have thoroughly enjoyed settling into the role, meeting new people, and learning more about the industry each day. Supporting clients through the process of selling their home is something I find incredibly rewarding, and it is a privilege to be part of such an important journey.

I’m based in Grange and have really enjoyed getting to know this lovely area and the people in it. Outside of work, I enjoy going for walks and spending time with family and friends. I’m also quickly learning that in estate agency, no two days are ever the same – which is probably why I like it so much!

I have been a Sales Negotiator at Arnold Greenwood Estate Agents for six years, and I really enjoy my work. Meeting new people and helping them to sell their property is incredibly rewarding.

I feel very lucky to live in such a beautiful area and love exploring it whenever possible. In my free time, I enjoy nothing more than spending time with my family, walking the fells, swimming in the lakes, photography, and can even be found hugging a tree or two!

I have just joined the Arnold Greenwood Estate Agency team as an apprentice at the start of September and now attend Kendal College one day a week. I am really enjoying learning the ins and outs of selling, valuing, viewing and marketing a home and I have a great team teaching me every step of the way.
 I enjoy meeting my tight-knit friend group that I have known since nursery, and we enjoy going on days out and cooking together. In my spare time I also enjoy drawing, my favourite to draw being random tattoo designs.
